Philips Alice NightOne – Home Sleep Apnea Testing Device

The Philips Alice NightOne is a compact, single-belt home sleep apnea test (HSAT) device designed to help sleep technicians and clinicians accurately diagnose obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) without requiring an overnight stay in a sleep lab. Patients wear the device comfortably at home, and the built-in sensor records key respiratory data throughout the night.

How It Works
A trained sleep technician fits the patient with the Alice NightOne’s single thoracoabdominal belt before bedtime. As the patient sleeps in their own bed, the device continuously monitors breathing effort and related signals. Once the test is complete, the recorded data is wirelessly transmitted to a secure cloud platform, where it’s processed and made available for physician review and scoring.
